I’ve always been really lucky that gaining weight hasn’t been an issue for me, however, when living in Australia I became more conscious of my body shape and began personal training sessions. Almost instantly I started to notice results. Therefore, when I moved back to the UK in 2012, I decided to keep the sessions up and began training with Andy. I’ve always been quite nervous in the gym environment but Andy kept me at ease and together we compiled a perfect training plan which I could use in our sessions and independently. Andy also provided me with excellent nutritional advice and I noticed a massive difference in the shape of my body when I put both into practice. Andy is very friendly, honest and professional and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my Personal Training.
Two features of Andy’s approach underpin my first year of transformation towards my twin objectives of weight loss and improved fitness: 1 – His initial questions to seek and to really understand me and my needs; and 2 – the ongoing variety in exercise routines that maintains my interest. Moreover, not having to think out a plan and just doing as I’m told, allows me to focus fully on simply “doing it.”

I met with Andy a year ago as a recommendation from a friend. He has developed various programmes to increase my fitness levels, lose weight and tone to include a combination of running, gym exercise, boxing, circuit training and power plates. This has been challenging however, enjoyable and has proven results.
