• Making the Change

There are a few things that must be thought out before you set out on a journey. Where you are going, why you are going and how you are getting there.

The same can be said when deciding to take the jump into changing your lifestyle.
Why are you making the change?
Where do you see the change taking you and what do you want to achieve?
What steps are you going to have to take to get there?

Here are a few considerations to make:
The change must be made for YOU. This isn’t a decision to take lightly and you have to commit to it, so be comfortable with the decision to change.
Set a goal or a target. Pointless training will end with no results. You must have an idea or a target that you can focus on and aspire to.
Plan the route that you are going to take, however, be prepared to change direction. Life will always throw up challenges and obstacles, be prepared.

Many of us make a change but don’t know where to start. Hiring a coach or trainer isn’t just for someone who doesn’t know their way around a gym. Some of the top guys in the fitness industry hire coaches to oversee the planning and progress of their paths. It’s easy to become complacent, but if you are accountable to a coach it drives you to succeed.

Don’t fear failure, in fact look to fail, its how we learn.
