– Stop pissing about with exercises that involve massive intricacy or targeting that tiny muscle group you think needs focus.
– Train big. Focus on the big lifts. Add in some heavy accessory work and VOILA. You’ll get stronger AND bigger!
– Getting Jacked requires a calorific surplus. Eat, train, sleep and eat more.
– Getting shredded requires a calorific deficit. Eat slightly less, train, sleep and eat slightly less. Bottoming out on your calorie intake will result in feeling shit, lethargy and will generally screw up your training.
– Add in that heavy training and hey presto, your on the way to achieving you goal.
– Don’t overthink everything you do. It’s not rocket science. It’s actually pretty straight forward.
– Hire a coach. Get them to programme your training & nutrition. Believe me, even the top professionals in the industry have someone they’ll turn to for help.
Would you prefer to pay for a coach to help or piss your money away trying random supplements, hoping for a miracle?
– Both cutting and adding size take time. Don’t expect to be Arnie in 6 weeks. Even assisted athletes take a bit of time to add muscle. You have to have the right elements in place for growth and for “getting the shredz…”
